Brown County Indiana Potter and Blacksmith Walt Schmidt is one of our favorite potters and one of three potters represented in our shop.

His wheel-thrown stoneware is made with indigenous Hoosier clay, and his glazes are some of the finest we’ve seen.

In our shop we have his work from wine coolers, butter dishes, and teapots to canister sets, serving bowls, roses and more.
